• Based upon the previous success of the 1460 Round Table acquisition and the continued demand from the telecom and technology industries, Stream continued to look for data center acquisition targets.
• In the spring of 2000, Stream uncovered a 66,000 SF Tier II data center formerly occupied by GE Capital.
• The company subsequently did a long-term lease with Nokia. In December 2015, Stream sold the building to Zayo after the lease expiration of Nokia.
